Sulekha is responsible for registration of coaches and athletes for the National Games and Advanced Coaches Training Programme for GMS Advanced Coaches Training Programme for softball. She is also resource person for various programmes conducted by Special Olympics Bharat. Sulekha is a national level softball player and has a postgraduate diploma in Special Education. She has represented India as Head Coach in the World Summer Games 2007 in China and in Athens in 2011 and at the World Winter Games in South Korea in 2013. She was nominated the Best Trainer at SO Bharat for 2011.
