In her role as head of Communications & Youth initiatives, Raman is responsible for supporting development of Communication tools to increase visibility and spread awareness about Special Olympics Bharat among all stakeholders. She is required to ensure a steady flow of relevant information across the SO Bharat State programs as well as explore and establish networking opportunities outside the organization. She reports to the Founder and CEO Air Marshal Denzil Keelor.
Media Outreach, Newsletter circulation, Reports, Website, overseeing Social Media , profiling Athletes, creating Branding assets following the SOI guidelines are activities falling within her purview along with maintaining all resources and data to be readily available to all the levels of leadership for planning analysis and execution. She is closely associated with the development of Youth Activation within Special Olympics Bharat, and is involved in developing resources to supplement its proliferation
