Richa is a meticulous and versatile trainer with over 8 years of rich experience in people management and teamwork. She excels in executing and coordinating teams to ensure targets are met within the stipulated time, achieving processes and milestones efficiently. Richa’s ability to form quality liaisons and relationships has instilled high levels of confidence at all organizational levels, facilitating a team approach to meet objectives, increase productivity, and enhance employee morale.
Richa began her career as a Yakult Lady Coordinator at Yakult Danone India Private Limited in Gurgaon, where she was later promoted to Executive Trainer and Coordinator of Customer Relationship Management at the company’s Delhi headquarters. She further honed her skills at International Amusements Limited (IAL) in Noida as an Executive in Commercials and at Chetna Sanstha in Bilaspur, assisting Dr. Mallika Nadda.
Her key responsibilities have included supervising area coordinators, conducting market research, managing inventory, driving corporate sales, recruiting sales teams, preparing MIS reports, coordinating sales teams, handling sales stock, and conducting promotional activities. She has also been instrumental in training sales teams and interacting regularly with customers to gather feedback.
Among her notable achievements, Richa was promoted to Executive Trainer in April 2010, launched the first-ever national ad campaign for a product, and created a comprehensive training manual for coordinators and sales teams.
Richa holds a Master of Business Administration from IIPM, Delhi (2009), and a Bachelor of Computer Science in IT from NIIT (St. John’s), Agra (2005). Her technical proficiency includes expertise in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Richa has attended multiple conferences on inclusive education organized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and various universities, furthering her commitment to inclusive practices in education and training.
Her extracurricular achievements include being on the merit list of the all-India NITAT test conducted by NIIT for two consecutive years, playing throwball at the inter-school level, and participating in and conducting various functions and competitions during her school and college years. Fluent in Hindi and English, Richa enjoys reading and cooking in her personal time.
