Jayvrat (Jay) Kapoor is a Sports Management Professional with an experience of 5 years in the Sports Industry. He has completed his MBA in Sports Management from Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences and PGDM in Marketing Management from NMIMS University. With a forte of working in Sports events, Sports Marketing and Business Development, he started his journey as an Operations Head at SportsLife PMPL later working with multiple sporting leagues like Indian Gymnastics League, Prime Volleyball League as an Operations Lead and Sports Consultant. His last role was with Sporko Sports LLP as a Business Development Head for 3 years, working for tie-ups for National Games, Khelo India Games and Major Football events in Mumbai alongside the Franchise management for Ahmedabad Defenders connecting with major stakeholders and sponsors for the franchise. He is also a visiting faculty for Sports Management at Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences and Inspira Knowledge.

His sharp management skills and clear vision positions him adequately to strategize Social Media platforms to keep pace with the events and personal journeys of sports persons, meticulously crafting sports as a catalyst to development and inclusion. At Special Olympics Bharat, Jay is the Director for Sports Center Program and Social Media, where he is responsible for developments of Sports centers across the country and managing and strategizing the Social Media platforms for Special Olympics Bharat.
