As the Director of Finance at SO Bharat, Aditya is entrusted with paramount responsibilities which include to oversee financial operations, managing budgeting, and financial reporting. His focus lies in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational objectives. Guiding the finance team, he aims to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring that SO Bharat remains financially robust and agile in its pursuit of its noble mission.
Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy at its final level and holding a degree in Economics from Agra University, his journey through various esteemed organizations has honed his financial acumen.
Previously, at Emaar India Limited, he served as deputy Manager, meticulously managing P&L and balance Sheets for Emaar Hospitality Dubai properties. Transitioning to the Landmark Group in Dubai, he took on the role of Finance Business Partner for a significant AED 200 million Dirhams food business spread across UAE, KSA, Qatar and Kuwait with a total of 35 restaurants. His tenure at The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as a Finance Analyst equipped him with the skills to handle the financial intricacies of premier hospitality establishments.
During time at I.M Puri & Co., as an Article Trainee in Risk Advisory, he has engaged with esteemed clients such as JCB India Limited, DDB Mudra Group, NTPC, to name a few.
